Please note, when you order a product online, no one does the SHIPPING immediately not even Amazon or Ebay. Also, there are tow types of Shipping: Domestic & International. It's obvious that Domestic Shipping takes less time than International Shipping but there are certain steps or tasks that need to be completed before the Package gets shipped to your Address. We can divide the whole process in 2 parts:
- Order Processing
- Shipment Processing
Order Processing:
The "Order Processing" part comes first which usually takes 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS and after that the "Shipment Process" starts. For your better understanding we have listed the Order Processing tasks below:
1. Once a customer place an order, the orders are passed from the website to the warehouse where the Warehouse In-charge waits for a "Payment Confirmation" from the Product Manager for that specific order.
2. Once the Payment get's processed through the customer's Payment Gateway or Bank, then the Product Manager sends green signal to the Warehouse In-Charge.
3. Then the Warehouse In-charge sends the order to the Category Manager to start the Order Processing
4. The Category Manager arrange the following things:
- Product Identify
- Final Quality Check
- Print Labels, Address, Pick List, Packing Slips
- Labeling
5. Then the Category Manager sends the Package to the Dispatch Team
6. Then Dispatch Team calls the Carrier Company for Product Pickup
Shipment Processing:

Shipping Price:
We deliver worldwide with a shipping cost of $4.99 - $6.99 depending on Delivery Locations. We also offer FREE Shipping (US & WORLDWIDE) on orders over $59.
Shipping Time:
It usually takes 7 to 22 BUSINESS DAYS for it to be delivered. Once an order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and updates about your shipment’s journey.
Please keep in mind that we’ll keep you updated on your shipment’s journey via email and send you a tracking code.
When we always try to be very specific when it comes to Shipping time but there are certain situation that are not in our hand. So we ask you to read the following situations very carefully to understand better.
Situation 01: When we are shipping to an International address; the Package has to get clearance from the Customs office of the respective country and every country has their own Custom Rules. Sometimes due to such Customs Situation or Rules the Package gets stuck at the customs office for few extra days which ends up adding more few days delivery time to the Promised date. Though we would like to assure you that we are always working with the customs to get that product cleared and ship to your address.
Situation 02: There are few products on our store which are very popular through Facebook and because of that our inventory sells out really fast. If you have ordered any of those product then there might be a chance that the product is no longer available on the nearest warehouse of your delivery address. If that's the case then we might have shipped your product from another warehouse overseas and, due to that, the delivery time may be a little longer. But don’t worry, we are here to make sure that everything is well with your order. :)

Packaging:
We are following a clear zero-waste policy, starting from manufacturing until the arrival of the products at the customer's place and try to avoid as much as unnecessary material (including huge packaging). That's why you will receive our products in the most minimal but secure packaging possible.
Price Labeling:
Please note, when we are shipping to an International address; the Package has to get clearance from the Customs office of the respective country and every country has their own Tax Rates. Sometimes on certain Products and for certain Countries we follow some tricks to help our customers to save their money by Labeling a LOWER PRICE than the actual price they pay while purchasing from us online. So, if you see such Price Labeling with a Lower Price than the amount you actually paid, please don't get confused.
